Southern Ontario is locked into a humid pattern into next week, providing ample opportunities for pop-up showers and thunderstorms. Southerly winds should return to the region late on Sunday, pushing the smoke back toward the fires in Quebec. Later in the day, however, a squall line may develop over Michigan and roll toward southwestern Ontario after dinnertime.
